We're looking for a seasoned SAP PS Consultant who can bridge business needs with smart SAP solutions. If you're passionate about project systems, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy guiding clients through transformation, this role is for you. What

You'll Do:Understand business needs: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP PS system solutions. Lead fit-gap analysis: Identify what SAP can deliver out-of-the-box and where customization is needed.

Model business processes: Guide clients in aligning their processes with SAP best practices. Configure SAP PS: Set up the system based on the agreed business needs and integration points. Testing: Plan and execute functional tests to ensure the system works as expected.

Documentation: Create clear, accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes. Training: Equip end users with the knowledge and confidence to use SAP PS effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery.

Support go-live: Assist in system deployment and provide post-go-live support. Pre-sales support: Participate in solution design and proposal development when needed. What

We're Looking For:? 3+ full-cycle SAP PS implementations under your belt?

Strong configuration experience in SAP Project Systems (PS), including integration with other SAP modules? Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (required)? SAP certification is a strong advantage?

Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and UI (preferred)? Experience with Plan-to-Construct processes? Consulting experience and confidence working directly with clients?

Strong relationship-building and client management skills? Able to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure? Natural coach and mentorwilling to support junior team members?

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking? Clear and confident communication skills? Committed to quality and following project best practices?
