Health and Medical:

  1. Monitors the health and sickness status of the employees
  2. Provides First Aid and emergency treatment to concerned employees
  3. Accompany patients to hospitals/clinics during emergency cases or whenever needed
  4. Prepares monthly Sickness and Accident reports
  5. Coordinates and conducts the Annual Physical Examination of all regular employees as scheduled
  6. Resolves all medical issues of employees
  7. Acts as representative to the Fire Prevention/Safety Committee
  8. Monitors the cleanliness of the company facilities by supervising the janitorial services of the company
  9. Conducts home visit to employees on prolonged sick leaves
  10. Responsible in monitoring medicine consumption and procurement

Benefits/Others

  1. Assists in benefits administration by handling all matters pertaining to SSS & Pag-ibig benefits availment, leave administration, BIR related matters, HMO coordination
  2. Shall monitor compliance to policies related to uniform and dress code
  3. Monitors daily attendance of staff  employees
  4. Prepares monthly attendance monitoring report for staff and regular daily paid employees
  5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Training

  1. Conducts medical-related training such as First Aid Training, Family Planning, etc.
  2. Provides regular information campaign via bulletin board regarding health updates, epidemic prevention, safety awareness, etc.
  3. Shall act on other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  4. Other training-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
