About the role

Best Reliable Resources' is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Sales Staff to join our team in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila location. This full-time position will see you playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our premium beauty products.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers
  • Demonstrating and educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and effective product knowledge
  • Maintaining store visual merchandising and product presentation standards
  • Ensuring the store is well-stocked and merchandise is replenished as needed
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Participating in store opening and closing procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in the retail or beauty industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the beauty industry
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving store goals
  • Flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays as required
