Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing / Sales Officer to support the sales growth and brand visibility of our hospitality business. This role is essential in promoting Tanay Epic Parc Rainforest Camp, driving customer engagement, and helping achieve revenue targets through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote services.
  • Manage social media content, engagement, and analytics for brand visibility.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, ads, and online content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for events, promos, and marketing requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in converting leads into bookings or sales.
  • Support sales reporting, performance tracking, and documentation.
  • Represent the company in promotional events, fairs, and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2years of experience in marketing or sales (hospitality experience an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Skilled in content creation, communication, and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
