As a Customer Service Team Leader at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that clients receive prompt, professional, and high-quality support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily customer communications across the inbound team, handling complaints and customer service, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Implementing or supporting training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation, mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge, skills, and inbound team's entire performance.
- Conforming with the established sets of reports and documented deliverables
- Suggesting or implementing business process initiatives and/or system improvements that resulted in significant process efficiency and/or cost savings; participation in tasks beyond responsibility is duly ordered by the immediate head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
- Experience in client relations or sales in a corporate setting, exposure to marketing, customer service, and clerical activities.
- At least a year of experience as a supervisor (handling agents/staff).
- Keen attention to detail with above-average communication and presentation skills.
- Adept in using Excel to create reports (Pivot, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools).
- Experience in handling an identical loan application system from previous companies is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience preferably in a Financial Services or BPO industry.
- Extensive experience in employee discipline, performance management, motivation, and coaching.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
- Willing to work ASAP and onsite in Ortigas Center.
