  • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the storage area.
  • Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stocks within the store area of operations.
  • Monitor and take full responsibility on a regular basis in par level or needs.
  • Maintain and organize records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Monitor PAR level for all food items to ensure proper levels.
  • Responsible for storage of operational stocks.
  • Responsible for the day-today check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene regulations.
  • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase and delivery as reconciled.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged, incorrect items.
  • Knowledge in operating equipment of hotel inventory
