  • Project Coordination: Work with the marketing and branding teams to establish creative production schedules and deliverables, addressing timelines, potential issues, and milestones to keep projects on track.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media content to enhance the quality of creative deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other artists and animators to produce final designs.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in art design, graphic design, digital media, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience, with the ability to adapt to a high-intensity and fast-paced environment. Experience with a well-known design company, advertising agency, or independent design studio is preferred.
  • Design Skills: Solid art skills, good personal taste, passion for design, and sensitivity to popular international design trends.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Clear logic, strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proactivity and Creativity: Proactive, with a high aesthetic sense, creativity, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with the ability to work independently.
  • Portfolio: A personal portfolio must be attached to the resume.
