About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, animations, and motion graphics. From social media campaigns to video edits, you'll play a vital role in delivering creative assets that amplify our message and strengthen our brand identity.

Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design and deliver digital assets for campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Edit video content and enhance motion graphics with animation and effects
  • Create campaign visuals, including banners, EDMs, and web assets
  • Develop both static and animated designs tailored to audience engagement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain Blueberry's visual identity across all platforms
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with briefs, and up to quality standards
  • Provide innovative design ideas that elevate campaigns and content

Who We're Hoping to Find

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic, Visual, or Motion Design
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
  • Strong video editing and motion design experience
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives under deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects

Extra Points if you Have

  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Trading
  • Exposure to global accounts (UK/Europe), either agency-side or in-house

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
