· Acknowledgement receipt of the sales analysis, purchase agreement, financing requirements, purchase order for invoicing purposes.

· Check accuracy of computation/details on sales analysis.

· Encode and prepare the following:

  • Vehicle Invoice

  • Vehicle Delivery Receipts

  • Release Order

  • PC Clearance

  • Dealer's Report Certificate

  • Chattel Mortgage

  • Disclosure

  • Notice of Assignment

  • Deed of Assignment

  • Assignment of Promissory Note Number

  • Authority to Deduct and Statement of Account

· Segregates Vehicle Invoices; delivery receipts and transmit to other department concerned.

· Prepares monthly report on installment sales booked and delivered units for financing commission.

· Updates daily deliveries of vehicle units.

· Encodes changes of data in sales invoices and delivery receipts.

· Maintain files on individual customer's folder and compilation of all needed documents, i.e. Xerox of LTO registration official receipts, and financing documents.

· Preparation of schedule of installment booked.

· Preparation of Customer's request for refund of overpayment, transmittal for financing documents, and preparation of memos and business letters.

· Directs credit investigation process, reviews and recommends approval and reason for disapproval of credit applications.

· Gather and organize necessary information for evaluating and determining and granting of credit to customers.

· Pursue the collection of outstanding receivables.

· Handles collection of all accounts (vehicles, parts, and services). Ensures that all delinquent accounts are properly and immediately referred to the legal action.

· Confers and coordinates with legal counsel on status of delinquent accounts.

· Supervise and properly evaluate all positions under Finance and Insurance department.

· Checks all vehicle sales documentation for conformity with existing credit and collection policies. Countersign releases of sold units.

· Prepares monthly aging of receivables.

· Reconciles and follow-up receivables with customers.

· Sign for the release of charged parts and repair invoices of customers.

· Facilitates the operation and utilization of credit cards.

· Coordinates and facilitates release of repaired vehicles of insurance companies with credit line, and assures that all jobs are covered with a Letter of Authorization.

Assist the In-house Insurance accounts coordinator in facilitating the release of repaired vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,070.00 per month
