Job Description:We're looking for an Associate Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to join our GOCC Cloud Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete activities associated with providing the 24/7/365 operations required to maintain Manulife's infrastructure and IT services by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing events and incidents and completing service requests and BAU tasks. Learn more about the opening below Key Responsibilities:Monitoring infrastructure components on-premises and in the cloud, troubleshooting system operating problems, and determining the cause of system interruptions

Providing 1st Level support for issues related to infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS components

Performing system checks and basic maintenance tasks

Assisting Infrastructure/DevOps/Application Teams in creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks

Assisting in the coordination and resolution of incidents

Qualifications:Education: Must possess at least a bachelor's degree. Experience: 1 to 3 years' experience supporting applications in production environments running on Linux or Windows. Work Arrangement: This position requires working onsite.

Amenable to work in any shift assigned (mid/night/rotating); also flexible to work on holidays/weekends depending on business needs. Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Have:ITIL v3 Foundation CertificationExperience in Microsoft AzureExperience working with IaaS and PaaS in Microsoft Azure such as Managed SQL web apps, etc.

Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem ManagementConfidence in engaging with other teams in joint troubleshooting

Good communication skills

Relevant experience from working in DevOps organizations
