HEADLINE: Virtual Production Coordinator (We Provide Training + Equipment)

ABOUT US: Decobest is a US-based custom apparel agency. We are building our "Founding Team" in the Philippines to support our Screen Print and Embroidery operations. We are not a BPO; you will be a direct team member working alongside the owner.

THE ROLE: We are looking for a Shop Coordinator to act as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our production. You will manage orders, check artwork, and ensure the production floor has everything they need to run smoothly.

NO PRINT EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM. While experience in this industry is a huge bonus, it is not required. We have a world-class training academy ("Decobest University") to teach you. We hire for attitude, intelligence, and organization.

  • Software Experience: Familiarity with shop management software like Printavo, DecoNetwork, ShopVOX, or ShopWorks is a massive plus

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • The Pivot Master: In a screen print shop, priorities change moment-to-moment. You must be able to pause your current task instantly when urgent issues arise, handle them, and then refocus quickly.
  • The Organizer: You love checklists, spreadsheets, and keeping things tidy.
  • The Communicator: You have excellent written and spoken English.
  • The Night Owl: You are happy working a permanent US Night Shift.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage Orders: Input and organize production orders so our team knows exactly what to print.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Ensure garments are ordered from suppliers and arrive on time.
  • Quality Control: Review digital proofs and mockups to catch errors before they happen.
