Senior Back Office Specialist (Financial Services)

- McKinley, Taguig

- Full-Time - Night Shift

Salary: PHP 35,000 – PHP 45,000 per month

Bonus: One (1) month basic salary as a joining bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Back Office Specialist to join our growing financial services team. This role involves supporting back-office operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accuracy in financial processes. If you have a strong background in fund administration, investment products, or mutual fund operations, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support back-office operations in financial services.
  • Handle fund administration tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Process trades, transactions, and related financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, plan types, tax rules, and trade types.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in financial services, back-office operations, or fund administration.
  • Familiarity with mutual fund operations, investment products, and industry processes is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance-related course preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a night-shift schedule.
  • Fully committed to 100% onsite work.
  • Flexible to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package: PHP 35,000 – PHP 45,000.
