We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP's Accounting modules (AR, AP, GL). This role involves planning, executing, and documenting testing activities to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and hands-on testing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and scripts.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for Oracle Cloud ERP Accounting modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger).
  • Validate and ensure accurate financial data processing and reporting in alignment with accounting standards.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution, ensuring thorough root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and finance teams to clarify issues and retest fixes.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and contribute to overall QA best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven Oracle Cloud ERP functional experience in Accounting modules (AR/AP/GL).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy.
  • Strong testing experience in ERP financial systems.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking tools and testing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle test automation tools or other testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
