PROJECT & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  • Facilitate the day-to-day management of ongoing projects., ensuring project delivery. 
  • Provide clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and initiate solutions in case of project challenges, and escalating concerns to concerned parties if need be. 
  • Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify, understand, and define the client's objectives and needs, and translate these requirements into a proper brief for internal cascade.  
ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT 
  • Drive account growth and business opportunities 
  • Work closely with the client and internal teams in the development and creation of Cost Estimates for designated brands.  
  • Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of clients' Purchasing/Procurement departments.
  • Facilitate required administrative, documentary, and purchasing requests, ensuring project delivery. 
  • Ensure timely billing and collection of Finance.  
  • Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and procure necessary budget as needed.  
  • Manage the necessary teams (such as Accounts Management Teams and Program Management Teams) necessary to effectively operate the Business Units.  

 

TEAM MANAGEMENT 

  • Oversee and support account managers while enhancing team processes. 
  • Manage performance reviews, coordinate recruitment efforts, and handle other administrative tasks. 

INNOVATIONS AND EXPERIENCES LEAD 

  • Defines a clear vision and provides deep insights to mentor and guide the assigned teams  
  • Oversees consultations and executions of all creative and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule  
  • Provides leadership and motivation to foster the agency's standards of creative excellence and digital ingenuity to consistently achieve client goals  

KEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP 

  • Responsible in leading the overall creative operations for assigned accounts - from planning to execution 
  • Engages senior clients with an unparalleled understanding of what they need and where they can take their brands and business
  • Collaborates with art directors, strategy managers and digital development heads to ensure holistic and timely execution of projects
  • Ensures all projects have signed cost estimates and are billed accordingly 

GENERAL MANAGEMENT 

Works closely with upper management for the following: 
  • Monitor and actively manage the strategy team's workload
  • Ensure all projects are running smoothly and brand relationships are properly managed 
  • Continuously elevate the standard and quality of work output as well as the service provided to the clients
