About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cash Dispatcher to manage and safeguard cash collections, ensuring accurate processing, secure deposits, and seamless coordination with internal teams and financial institutions. This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity and flow of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and securely deposit daily cash collections
• Accurately count, record, and report all cash transactions
• Coordinate with banks for timely cash transfers and deposits
• Monitor and reconcile cash movement and accounts
• Maintain complete and transparent records
• Support policy development and compliance with security standards
• Collaborate with the accounting team and resolve cash discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years' experience in cash handling, dispatch, banking operations or any previous cashier/bank depositor experience
• Any bachelor's degree or high school diploma

Optional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Advanced skills in cash security, reconciliation, and compliance
