E-commerce Marketing Manager Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager for Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok shop to lead our marketing efforts. As an E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the platforms for each brand (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and develop sales.
  • Manage and oversee various marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing on Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok.
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique "voice".
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.).
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
