About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder who specializes in HCC/RA medical coding to join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM codes in alignment with government and insurance regulations. If you are an experienced coder with a passion for precision and compliance, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes in compliance with government and payer regulations.
  • Review and validate medical records to ensure correct coding of conditions and risk adjustments.
  • Apply strong domain expertise in ICD coding to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with a fast-growing healthcare team to drive process improvement and innovation.
  • Support healthcare organizations in enhancing patient experience while improving revenue and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year and 6 months of experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment Medical Coding.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder (required).
  • Must have an active CPC, COC, CRC, CIC, or CCS certification.
  • Certification validity: If set to expire within 6 months, renewal will be at the candidate's expense.
  • Must be willing to undergo 2–3 weeks of onsite training (Mid-shift) with no planned absences or leaves.
