The Web Configuration and Migration Specialistwill be responsible for assisting team in meeting deadlines for migration and configuration work. The specialist at times will need to assist Team Lead in creating migration scheduling documentations and completing peer review of others' work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritize tasks and projects with shifting priorities
  • Validate developed websites to ensure all components appear and operate based on approved prototypes, specified requirements and company standards
  • Link-up buttons, headers, footers & navigation items to appropriate pages or modules
  • Configure modules (such as calendars, news feeds, business directories, etc) according to project specifications
  • Import data into modules and websites, using importer tools, and troubleshoot errors.  Perform Quality Assurance on imported data to ensure accurate data mapping and professional visual presentation
  • Review logs from migration bot to determine next steps in process
  • Migrate content from legacy platforms and third-party sites into SaaS Website

Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (i.e. applications & website development, media & design, information technology, communications, project management)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Pro products
  • Familiarity with content management systems or with administrating web applications/modules, and all major web browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Experience in developer tools, HTML, CSS or design tolls (i.e. Photoshop CC, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Notepad ++) is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal English interpersonal skills, including English grammar
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and meet tight deadlines

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm / Hybrid

The job offer will be based in Quezon City.
