HR Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Supervises the recruitment and selection of staff from internal and external sources. Ensures that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Ensures preparation and maintenance of employee records/documents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervises and ensures the timely and efficient recruitment and deployment of needed manpower to support the staffing requirements of different divisions.
• Coordinates with department heads/supervisors regarding recommendations or employee movement.
• Ensures proper screening of documentation of Promo personnel assigned in the branch. Checks the details of newly hired employees such as employee contract, ID, and related documentations and reporting.
• Ensures efficiency of communication system and messengerial services across all branches.
• Responsible for the arrangement, safekeeping and maintenance of all HR records, documents, as well as office furniture and equipments.
• Schedules working hours of HR Staff across all branches.
• Ensures proper dissemination of information particularly those relative to Company Policies and procedures.
• Regularly evaluates staff performance of and recommends actions as deemed necessary.
