Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of AP agents
  • Conduct training, coaching, providing insights and action plans for improvement.
  • Analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols.
  • Ensure the client is updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports.
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Review, approve, and validate GL codes
  • Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks
  • Perform other supervisory tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance, specifically for Accounts Payable
  • At least 6 months experience as a Team Lead
  • Ability to set up reports based on Microsoft excel templates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
