  • Advise the manager or assistant manager in all aspects and matters directly related to the beverage operation
  • Control all beverage items ordered comply with the established par stock and are requested in the correct manner
  • Keep close control on all inter-bar transfer, documentation on all wastage, spoilage in order to minimize all possible elimination which affect the beverage cost
  • Coordinating, consulting and supervises proper set up of outlet as well as decoration
  • To comply with all Limketkai uxe Hotel policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
