SUMMARY:

The COD Admin performs various administrative duties including collection of COD Cash remittance, deposit the COD cash, prepare IR for COD shortages, report preparation, encoding of walk-in, pick-up, and delivery transactions, issuing OR to all transactions, monitoring of personnel including work-hours, and direct coordinating with Sprinters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives COD payment collection from Sprinters/Riders and ensures all parcels with COD payment for the day are remitted.
• Ensures timely deposit of all collections.
• Answers telephone calls promptly and appropriately.
• Assists in the Branch operations as deemed necessary by the immediate superior such as checking of parcels, cascading of memoranda and other announcements to the branch personnel, and conducting audits.
• Make consistent follow-up on the parcels status. Should problem arise, he/she must take the necessary action to solve the problem.
• Duties may include reassignment to alternate operational areas as required by J&T Express operations.
• May do other tasks from HR, Finance, and other back office administrative tasks as deemed necessary by Management.
• Report to Branch Supervisor or TL any shortages or discrepancies in the transactions.
