About the roleThis dynamic and hands-on Finance Manager role is perfect for someone with experience in overseeing daily finance operations, specializing in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the month-end process. The ideal candidate thrives on managing the details while also contributing to strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will lead key financial processes and collaborate closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities:Oversee Accounts Payable, including reviewing the fortnightly payment run and managing treasury operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee budget execution. Review the weekly Accounts Receivable report prepared by the AR specialist and provide strategic guidance on collections.

Ensure timely billing by reviewing the weekly draft invoice report. Assist with ad-hoc customer queries escalated by the AR specialist. Review Month-End and Quarter-End processes, including P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Lead a team of three direct reports. Tooling and Industry Experience:Proficiency in ERP and payment processing systems such as Xero and ZIP (or similar). Experience working remotely for an AU/US company is ideal.

Experience in the SaaS industry with Stripe is a plus.
