User Interface Development

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

- Implement UI components based on design specifications and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Integrate front-end with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Performance & Optimization

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

- Implement advanced performance optimization and security measures (Senior).

- Integrate advanced state management and complex UI patterns (Senior).

Testing & Code Quality

- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines (Senior).

- Define coding standards and enforce best practices across teams (Senior).

Collaboration & Agile Practices

- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Work closely with UX designers and product managers to improve user experience (Senior).

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Architecture & Leadership (Senior-Level Focus)

- Lead front-end architecture decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD automation for front-end.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.

- Contribute to technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.

Mid-Level Expectations

- Bachelor's degree required;

- 4–5 years of experience in front-end development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major framework (React, Angular, Vue).

- Strong understanding of CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS) and responsive design.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO principles.

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile teams.

Senior-Level Expectations

- Bachelor's degree required;

- 5+ to 7 years of experience in front-end development, with enterprise-scale applications.

- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, and modern front-end ecosystems.

- Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, MobX, Vuex) and component-driven architecture.

- Experience with SSR frameworks , ) and progressive web apps (PWAs).

- Advanced understanding of performance tuning, accessibility, and security.

- Proven experience in defining coding standards and leading architecture decisions.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Leadership experience in mentoring developers and driving technical excellence.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
