About the role

Sotogrande Hotel and Resort is seeking an experienced and talented Line Cook to join our team in Aquamira Hotel & Resort located at Saddles and Clubs Leisure Park Brgy. Tanauan Tanza Cavite. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the company's standards and specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal preparation and service
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and food preparation techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the kitchen brigade
  • Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests
