POSITION DESCRIPTION

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance activities on the agency's vehicles;
  • Ensures that the motor vehicles of the agency are always fueled and ready for use;
  • Makes minor mechanical repairs on the agency's vehicles, machineries and equipment;
  • Prepares requirements on the use of official vehicle;
  • Checks and monitors the status and condition of the vehicles;
  • Initiates a written report or request if the vehicles need maintenance and repair;
  • Assists in the operation of the agency's official motor vehicles and equipment for the safe transportation of personnel and properties, and for the unhampered operations of the agency's machineries and equipment; and
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
