Position Responsibility:

1.Collaborate with influencers and influencer agencies / MCNs to create short videos and live broadcasts for product promotion, ensuring target exposure and ROI goals are met.

2.Assist team leaders in devising video shooting strategies, identify common themes in high-quality content, continually develop content creation methodologies, and optimize campaign effectiveness.

3.Responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including but not limited to influencer selection, content creation, and promotion.

4.Analyze and monitor marketing data to develop optimization strategies.

5.Supervise the execution progress of influencer marketing campaigns and communicate and report to clients in a timely manner.

6.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time

7.Other work-related tasks.

Position Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas influencer marketing, job level to be accessed based on experience level.
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and MCN agencies.
4.Familiarity with short video and live streaming platforms.
5.Basic video shooting and editing skills.
6.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
7.Innovative thinking to distill successful content strategies.
Fluent English communication skills.
