Be part of our client's team as a Compliance Coordinator, where you ensure processes adhere to regulations, legislation, and Franchise Standards. You will support teams on policies, conduct audits, manage compliance risks, maintain GDPR standards, and uphold quality care, helping the business deliver safe, compassionate, and consistent services every day.

What You'll Bring to the Team
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Health and Social Care or compliance-related roles
- Knowledge and understanding of current Health and Social Care legislation and regulations
- Experience working to quality standards
- Ability to review performance against internal and external quality standards and provide constructive feedback
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to clients and supporting their independence and well-being
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence to escalate non-compliance issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, databases, and virtual communication platforms
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies as needed
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to meet business needs
Your Daily Impact
- Ensure processes adhere to and comply with regulations, Franchise Standards, legislation, and brand guidelines
- Work with internal teams to provide support and guidance on regulatory framework, policies, and procedures
- Undertake internal audits to improve service quality and meet Franchise Standards, escalating issues where appropriate
- Collate trend analysis and define and implement relevant action plans
- Identify, assess, and manage compliance risk within the business, meeting Franchise Standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the Client Experience and Care Professional Experience teams in preparation for regulatory inspections and Franchise audits
- Support the Privacy Champion ensuring all processes comply with GDPR
- Update and maintain the GDPR Data Registers for the office
- Ensure marketing campaigns and associated materials adhere to brand guidelines
- Regularly review and stay up to date with changes in regulatory, legislative, and market practices that impact the business
- Ensure compliance with the Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in employment and service delivery
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
