Qualifications:
- Experience working as recruiter
- Experience working in a high-volume environment.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey business needs and results. (Neutral to American accent)
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team members.
- Ability to organize, plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources.
- Pleasing personality and voice
- Work driven
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge in MS Office (especially with Microsoft Excel) and Google Workspace for filtering and setting up spreadsheets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with outside applicants and key level management staff.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Phone screening applicants on a daily basis for the North Carolina and Ohio Regions facilities.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate recruitment experience.
- Manages candidate on- site interview schedule with facility building appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
- Collaborates with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs.
- The Recruiter will be recruiting for CNA, STNAs, RNs, and LPNs.
