Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • With 1 yr. of related work experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and senior engineers.
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including common threats, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security information and event management (SIEM) tools is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Relevant academic projects or internships in IT or cybersecurity are a plus.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Working closely with Sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

  2. Collaborate on customer meetings and Perform technical presentations.

  3. Understanding and Developing solutions to address the customer's pinpoints.

  4. Planning, creating and delivering a compelling solutions demonstration and proof of concept (POC)

  5. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP.

  6. Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and production environments.

  7. Work remotely and/or onsite (if needed) to troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose and resolve problems on different cybersecurity related solutions.

  8. Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.

  9. Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
