Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Ecomobi PTE Full time ₱30,000 - ₱60,000 per year

Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/KOCs/Influencers and provide ongoing support throughout campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize content quality across social channels; ensure creators post on time and on the correct platforms.
  • Understand creator strengths to operate campaigns effectively and drive revenue optimization.
  • Produce engaging, localized content (gamification, seeding, tips, knowledge-sharing) for Ecomobi's creator communities.
  • Grow and nurture an active creator base, encouraging interaction and user-generated content.
  • Identify and approach potential creators through community activities and targeted initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the KOL team to execute monthly recruitment and engagement content plans.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements for creator acquisition and retention.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the team leader.
  • Preferred:
    Experience running large-scale UGC campaigns with high creator volume.

Competencies:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent majors. Good English.

Knowledge/ Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience in customer care, customer support, partnership support, etc.
  • Experience in working with KOL/KOC/Influencer, working in marketing agencies, E-commerce is an advantage.
  • Update the tastes of young people and users in social media.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Skills: Planning, Market research, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Multi-tasking, Networking.
  • Attitude: Highly responsible, Hard-working, Result-oriented.
