Internal Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Control Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in enhancing the risk management framework, ensuring process integrity, and supporting the CFO and Risk Control Office (RCO) in monitoring internal controls and financial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management

  • Regularly monitor and track top risks, ensuring follow-up in a closed-loop manner.
  • Support the CFO and RCO in reporting major deviations from the risk management plan to the management team in a timely manner.

Internal Control Processes

  • Organize Process Controllers (PCs) to carry out internal control operations such as CT, RT, PR, and SACA.
  • Track progress on tasks from the internal control risk list.
  • Lead the Risk Control Joint Committee and promote internal control awareness and training across the organization.

Risk Probe Model

  • Apply a targeted risk probe model to monitor warning indicators and resolve specific issues.

ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting)

  • Conduct self-assessments on ICFR-related issues.
  • Analyze abnormal data and follow up on improvements.

Financial Risk Control

  • Ensure closed-loop tracking of risk-related decision implementation.
  • Coordinate reviews of CFO authorization, localize financial processes, and support PR implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in budget management or operational control within large enterprises
  • Strong understanding of internal control and risk management frameworks
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
