About the role

As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of innovative products and services to potential customers. This is a full-time position, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively present our product offering
  2. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive and consultative selling
  3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive brand experience
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Participate in sales training and development programmes to continuously improve your skills

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills
