  • Oversees the housing construction. This position is responsible for monitoring the construction work plan ensuring timely and quality delivery, and necessary construction equipment and supplies are available. The position also supervises the performance of contractors as they execute the housing construction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages site activities and personnel during housing construction to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Provides supervisory functions over construction workers, contractors, and other on-site personnel
  • Review layout and housing design to ensure adherence to the company's standard
  • Monitors actual contractor manpower, delivery of materials and its proper material usage and storage
  • Provides oversight function on construction of special projects within the site

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in project management of a residential housing construction or mass housing is an advantage;
  • Highly analytical; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven; Can work with minimal supervision and team player
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity;
  • Project Assignment: Brentwood Residences, Brgy. Dolores, Capas, Tarlac
