Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor of Science degree in Education or other related studies;

  • Licensed Professional Teacher;

  • Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree would be an advantage;

  • Of good moral character;

  • Must have at least two (2) years of related teaching experience;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

  • Leadership and teamwork capabilities;

  • Passion and skills to stimulate a desire for learning

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a high standard of academic excellence in accordance with the vision and mission of the school

  • Plans, prepares, and delivers lesson plans in accordance with the approved curriculum and methodology

  • Motivate students to continual personal improvement

  • Assesses student work and gives timely appropriate feedback

  • Maintains regular and professional communication with parents concerning students in their care

  • Maintains an effective and formative learning environment

  • Maintains appropriate records of students' development and progress

  • Intent on enhancing their professional skills by keeping updated with new methods, resources, and developments
