The Field Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding Gowater's water vendo machines and water dispensers through active field sales. The role focuses on acquiring new clients,building strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of Gowater's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell water vendo machines and water dispensers to potential clients
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and on-site demonstrations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (residential, commercial, and institutional clients)
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide basic after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, leads tracking, and activity summaries
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for installation and client support
  • Ensure proper brand representation during field activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (experience in vending machines, appliances, or water-related products is an advantage)
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in the field and travel as needed
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
