Job Summary

The incumbent manages and directs the daily activities of the shift assigned associates , and ensures the efficient operation and whole institution, strict monitoring of the compliance, of all areas operation, to the established KRA of the whole FME, during the particular shift assignment. Plans, formulates, implements, monitors, and evaluates applied Department policies and procedures. Manages effectively daily operations and on going projects of the department, within shift, ensuring that costs are within budget, delivery, and execution on time. Ensures implementation and maintenance of the safety programs. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Job Description

  • At least Graduate of B.S. Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum three (3) years supervisory work experience in hospital facilities maintenance and/or engineering and building maintenance and/or major construction with at least manpower and vendor handling experience in QA/QC.
  • Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Registered Electrical Engineering.
