Marketing & Sales Support Assistant

(Client-Focused, with Social Media Support)

Tandang Sora, Quezon City | Full-Time | Office-Based

Sign Stop is hiring a Marketing & Sales Support Assistant to help us grow our client base while supporting daily operations. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and eager to help increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales Support

  • Reach out to potential clients (via online platforms, directories, or referrals)
  • Introduce Sign Stop's products and services to businesses, orgs, and event planners
  • Prepare sales quotations and order forms
  • Coordinate with clients via email, Messenger, and Viber
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and order progress using Excel
  • Monitor production timelines and deliveries

Marketing & Social Media (Support Role)

  • Assist in posting content
  • Monitor comments/messages and help respond to inquiries

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or client coordination preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable)
  • Familiar with Facebook and Instagram for business
  • Knows Canva (a plus)
  • Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
  • Lives near or within Quezon City (Tandang Sora area)

Work Setup

  • Office-based | Monday to Friday
  • Tandang Sora, Quezon City
  • No weekend work

About Sign Stop

We provide customized giveaways, signage, and printing solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
