KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors market trends, growth, threats, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
  • Analyze Yamaha's market position, competitor performance, and recommend actions to improve volume and share.
  • Maintains product knowledge across all SKUs and track updates in features, design, and technology.
  • Assesses customer profiles and color preferences to align new models with target demographics.
  • Develop and implement network placement and zoning strategies for Big Bike products.
  • Optimizes dealer network size and distribution plans based on area-specific market share and product demand.
  • Creates pricing strategies based on customer value and support trade marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates dealer-level promotions and evaluate campaign impact on sales performance.
  • Drives brand awareness through innovative marketing and localized campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze post-campaign results, and refine future strategies accordingly.
  • Performs other related duties or projects as may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or related field. Elective coursework in Customer Insights is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, brand management, and event planning.
  • Background in trade marketing and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Passion for and technical understanding of Big Bike models.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to be assigned in Greenfield Mandaluyong
