Job Title: Functional Test Planning Expert

Location: Cebu City, e-Bloc Tower 2

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Position Type: 6 Months Contract

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing functional test plans, and ensuring that applications are built to the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and execute functional test plans to ensure application quality and performance.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the application development lifecycle.

- Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements and specifications.

- Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
