MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The QA Systems and Culture Lead is mainly responsible for the processing and maintenance of all Regulatory requirements and licenses of the Cavite site and head office, the maintenance of the Cavite BWPC Integrated Management System and SU Quality Culture program. This includes updating of the sites license to operate, processing of the additional sources of raw materials and imported products and reflecting it in the site LTO for Manufacturer, Importer, Exporter, Distributor, Trader and Wholesaler. The position is also responsible for leading the site leadership team on updating the Integrated Management System documentation as required by the ISO 22716, BRC and other certifications maintained and pursued by the site as well as the documentation, facilitation, and organization of capability and culture activities which includes Training schedule, completion of Training modules, Training assessment and audits.

Systems and Regulatory

• Ensures UL QMS is implemented locally to assure consumer safety and overall quality of the final product being manufactured.

• Verifies compliance of site operations to UL QMS and other applicable quality related requirements through program of internal audits.

• Ensures complete, accurate and on-time submission of annual Quality Verification program self- assessment.

• Ensures that Unilever and applicable external standards and requirements are accurately represented in local procedures and WI.

• Reviews and analyzes site quality KPIs, loss trees, and data to understand quality performance and identify areas of improvement.

• Ensures site maintains satisfactory standings and approvals for Unilever and applicable customer required audits/certifications.

• Ensures site compliance with all local regulatory requirements related to consumer safety and product quality.

• Verifies traceability of materials, packaging and product aligned with UL and regulatory requirement and applicable consumer safety risks.

• Ensures site utilizes SAP QM and specification in alignment with applicable requirements.

• Leads the updating of the Integrated Management System documentation and annual review of policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions. Implements and verifies procedures to control non-conforming R/PM and FG (e.g. identification, segregation, disposition, reprocessing) Provides Document Change Notice approval on newly documented information which are required to be enrolled in the Integrated Management System of the site.

• Facilitates the issuance of Management of Change documentation and tracking of the completion as well as the closure of every MoC document submitted.

Digitalization

• Provides support and technical solutions to continuously build the Digital Quality roadmap.

• Reviews and consolidates all the Quality Capex of Cavite BWPC site Drives implementation and Analysis of Quality One Drives product superiority and on shelf quality assessment (process, results analysis and improvement action planning).

• Continually scan the external environment and bring the best practices in Digital (eg Non-Destructive testing, Vision Technology, etc).

• Leads SPC implementation for mixing and filling process and utilize this as input for continuous improvement.

Capability Building and Culture

• Prepares the Annual Capability Building Schedule, Training Assessment, and Curriculum update.

• Prepares the Annual Training Academy Budget based on the defined Training Schedule, Trainees, Training materials, and Training resources needed.

• Prepares training assessment and rating summary of trainees after the facilitation of either virtual or face to face training and review of KPI achievement as part of the overall training effectiveness for each employee.

• Conducts quality culture assessment and analysis.

• Co-create Quality Culture plan and strategy for the factory. Executes quality culture activities throughout the year.

• Leads Product Quality Review in the factory. Consolidates QBO and provides analysis to the factory leadership team.

• Co-leads and World Quality week program.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Any technical course graduate - Science, Engineering, or any related courses

• Three (3) years experience in Manufacturing

• Skills in Quality Systems, Documentation and Audit

• Knowledge on regulatory requirements and LTO

• Keen on details and logical

• Assertive and able to manage stakeholders

• Preferred but not required - Licensed Internal Auditor
