Systems Developer III (.NET + Python) | Work-from-Home | Up to ₱100k (Probationary)

We are looking for a Systems Developer III who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications that drive social and environmental impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop web, desktop, and mobile applications using .NET and related frameworks
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Clients to deliver robust solutions
  • Analyze requirements, create design documentation, and write clean, maintainable code
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding best practices
  • Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot programs to ensure high performance
  • Research and apply UI/UX innovations and emerging technologies
  • Conduct unit tests to confirm system stability and performance
  • Document technical designs and support installation processes
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Mid-level: 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Senior-level: 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in .NET / C# development
  • Basic familiarity with Python
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
