Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 37,000 to 50,000 to apply.

We are looking for a Junior Software Quality Analyst to join our Customer Solutions Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to support the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services team with the delivery of solutions to meet business needs and objectives. What will you do as a Junior Software Quality Analyst?

Reporting to the QA Team Lead, you will be essential in ensuring that the application under test aligns with the agreed business requirements. You will also provide valuable feedback to our stakeholders, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing test procedures/scripts, test cases or acceptance standards, as required, to be used to execute tests and check if the application under test meets the agreed business needs.
• Providing feedback to the Developers, QA team or Business Product Owners.
• Ensuring test environments reflect business needs for test execution.
• Creating clear and understandable software test documentation.
• Reproducing issues and writing accurate software bug reports.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

• Proven software testing knowledge gained across one of the principal testing specialisms (i.e., Automation and Manual Testing).
• Exposure to Agile Development Process (Scrum or similar).
• Comfortable writing test scripts in commonly used software programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
