Marketing Manager

I. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, advertising campaigns, social media presence and management of Nisce Skin Medispa and Nisce Skin Products.

2. Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.

3. Create and develop new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.

4. Works with creative team to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials.

5. Communicates and deals with clients/suppliers in the overall marketing needs.

6. Organize and coordinate events that will help expose the brands.

9. Research business opportunities, organizations, individuals, and viable income streams.

10. Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.

11. Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, products and services deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.

12. Contact potential clients to establish rapport, follow up new business opportunities, and arrange meetings.

13. Communicate new products and services developments to prospective clients.

14. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.

15. Negotiate timelines and budgets.

16. Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients' needs are accurately met.

17. Prepare proposals and detailed costing and prepare contract documents for review by the management prior to negotiation with clients.

18. Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.

19. Help the business grow social media product sales.

20. Create, maintain and apply a high knowledge of portfolio of products and services.

21. Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events and seminars. Provide feedback to the management.

22. Reports on sales, activity and performance as required by the management.

23. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
