What is your mission?

We are looking for a Sales Support to manage after-hours and weekend inquiries from prospective students. You will respond to leads, guide them through next steps, document interactions, follow SOPs, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Respond promptly to new inquiries and leads during after-hours and weekends.

  • Guide prospective students through the next steps in the enrollment process.

  • Follow predefined scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Document all lead interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper hand-offs to daytime sales teams.

  • Maintain organized records of communication and activities.

  • Provide professional, courteous, and helpful service in all interactions.

  • Stay aligned with team updates, process changes, and expectations.

Who are we looking for?

  • College degree preferred, ideally in a sales-related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including customer service (inbound or outbound).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and productivity suites such as Google Suite is a plus.

  • Ability to follow scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
