About the Role

As part of the Carwash & Charger team, you will ensure that vehicles are always clean, fully charged, and ready for operation. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, time management, and teamwork to keep the fleet running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing

• Wash, rinse, and dry vehicle exteriors using proper tools and equipment.
• Vacuum interiors, including seats, floors, mats, and trunks.
• Clean and sanitize dashboards, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Apply wax, polish, tire black, and detailing products as needed.
• Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to maintain quality standards.

Charging & Fuel Monitoring

• Ensure vehicles are fully charged or fueled to sustain at least 9 hours of operation per shift.
• Maintain accurate charging and fueling logs.
• Prevent undercharged or under-fueled vehicles from being dispatched.

Operational Support

• Assist in moving or positioning vehicles within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carwash/charging area, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling chemicals, chargers, and cleaning equipment.
• Provide basic assistance to drivers or customers when required.
