The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Backlink Builder to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be a driving force behind our off-page SEO strategy, responsible for increasing our website's authority and improving our search engine rankings. You will identify high-quality backlink opportunities, build relationships with other websites, and execute outreach campaigns that earn valuable links. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who understands that modern link building is about quality, relevance, and genuine connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Link Building Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute "white-hat" link building strategies to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative websites.
  • Master and implement various link building tactics, including guest posting, resource page inclusion, broken link building, and reclaiming unlinked brand mentions.
  • Prospecting & Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential link partners, including blogs, industry publications, directories, and community forums within the sports, SaaS, and small business niches.

  • Use SEO tools (like Ahrefs or SEMrush) to analyze the quality and relevance of potential linking domains.

  • Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Conduct personalized and effective email outreach to webmasters, editors, and content managers.
  • Build and maintain a network of positive relationships with key influencers and publications in our industry.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and promote "link-worthy" content like blog posts, guides, and studies.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team on what topics and formats are earning the most links.
  • Tracking & Reporting:
  • Meticulously track all outreach efforts and backlink acquisitions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of links acquired, domain authority of referring sites, and the impact on our organic keyword rankings.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in an SEO role with a strong focus on backlink building.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring high-quality backlinks through white-hat SEO techniques.
  • Proficiency with major SEO tools for backlink analysis and prospecting (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience with outreach tools and platforms is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of SEO principles and how domain authority and backlinks influence search engine rankings.
  • Exceptional written communication and persuasion skills—you know how to craft an email that gets a response.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent.

Bonus Points:

  • A portfolio or list of high-quality links you have successfully acquired.
  • Experience building links in the SaaS, sports, fitness, or small business industries.
  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO and content marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
