Role:

The Employee Engagement Associate is responsible for planning, organizing and administering the Engagement and Event programs that boost the employee satisfaction, morale and productivity. This role involves organizing events, administering the engagement programs and working closely with HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, executes and evaluates company engagement activities that improve employee connection
  • Develops, promotes and facilitates company employee recognition programs
  • Prepares and monitors budgets for the proposed programs and activities
  • Prepares layouts for Company Events such as Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, Promotions, and Congratulatory for Newborn Babies and other activities
  • Posts contents in social media to promote company image
  • Prepares Regularization, Transfer, Promotion and Appraisal Letters for Employees
  • Updates Employee movements from ERP
  • Conducts Employee Off Boarding and request deactivation of access for separated employees
  • Locker assignments
  • Ensures Annual Employee Performance Appraisals are conducted for each staff member
  • Provide HR with other HR-related tasks that are connected to employee relation and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Admin within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adept in Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, X (Twitter), Youtube and the like
  • Proficient in MS Office and Online applications
  • Good Communication Skill, both verbal and written
  • Creative, Enthusiastic and able to multi-task
  • Able to perform task with very minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Schedule:

  • Work Onsite Set-up
  • 8 hour shift (6am - 3pm and/or 7am - 4pm)
  • Monday to Friday and Holidays

Offer:

  • P25,000 - P30,000
  • HMO after 1 month

Expected Start Date: January 05, 2026
