Job Description

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling Angcore Motor's automotive products and services to customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience from initial inquiry to final purchase. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Advisor will also stay updated on automotive trends, financing options, and dealership promotions to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the company's vehicles and related products to walk-in and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable automotive solutions.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and specifications.
• Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and after-sales services.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
• Work closely with the marketing and service teams to support sales initiatives.
• Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, local resident of General Santos City.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in automotive sales or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of car features, specifications, and automotive trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and results-driven.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
• With a valid driver's license and willing to conduct client visits if needed.
• Highly motivated, professional, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php11,180.00 per month
