About the role

MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Crew (FOH) to join our dynamic team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As a Service Crew (FOH), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our airline services. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an industry-leading organisation and contribute to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience
  2. Assisting with check-in, boarding, and other airport operations to ensure efficient and organised processes
  3. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
  4. Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of operations
  5. Demonstrating a strong understanding of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
  6. Actively participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or airline industry, preferably in an airline or airport environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  4. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  5. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills being an advantage
